For the next 100 posts, I hope to keep the average around one post per 3-4 days. The same average that I have now. I want to post more of my writing. I want to post more personal stuff, even if it makes the blog seem more like a diary of sorts. Even though I love when other people read what I write, I write for myself. It is an outlet for me. I want to continue this outlet another year, another five years, another ten years. May 2018 Television Cancellations and Renewals

So I decided to take a break from blogging about cancellations and renewals, especially since the summer doesn't have a lot of those. So I'm lumping together May, June, and July into one blog post. 2018

I stopped blogging. I stopped blogging.  I stopped blogging.  I wanted to. I just couldn’t bring myself to. I couldn’t find the words to say. I couldn’t find the time. That killed me inside. I love writing. I love expressing myself in this way. Even the television shows I used to love and blog about weren’t what I wanted to express.  I was busy in the last half of 2018. I had to find myself again. I took the longest break from blogging that I have probably ever done. But that’s okay. It’s okay to focus on yourself. To stop doing things that require time and energy to be the person you want to be.  2018 brought a lot of new and ended a lot of old. When I started the year 2018, I was a different person. I was depressed. I was sick. I was in a marriage where we both were not happy. I was spending my time between WVSU, doctor’s offices, and home. It was a constant struggle. I was losing weight. Life Update: 5/7/2018

The first part of my life update is to let you know that I got Ben and Jerry's ice cream on my 8 button and now I'm incredibly sad because it's sticky. Now let's get onto the actual update since my addiction to non-dairy delicious ice cream is not really an update. It's a constant. Let's see... Since April, I've had a lot of ups and downs in every aspect of my life. The week of my surgery was rough. My stepfather had a seizure at home (which in the last month... we have found out that no one can figure out why). It was the scariest situation because I've never had to call 9-1-1 before for a medical emergency and I felt completely helpless. Thankfully, he's okay now. A few days after that, I had surgery on my nose. It was gross and maybe one day I'll write a blog about the process. It happened on April 13th (Friday the 13th, woo!).
