November 2017 TV Cancellations & Renewals

I am trying really hard to bring this blog to life. I have scaled back some other responsibilities to focus on things I truly love. One of those things are writing. Another thing I love is good television. Unfortunately, not all television is good television. There will be cancellations. There will be renewals. There will be bad storylines. There will be good storylines. You never know what to expect!

Fall television is coming to an end. Shows that only run from August/September to December are almost over. A lot of television shows have started their winter hiatus until January/February. Let's see what the damage is.

  • Mystery Science Theater 3000 (Netflix) - Season 12 overall but Season 2 on Netflix
  • SMILF (Showtime) - Season 2
  • Mindhunter (Netflix) - Season 2

Honorable Mentions

Nashville (CMT) - Goodbye again, Nashville. You were loved at one point in time. You were cancelled. You were renewed by CMT... who cancelled you again. Six or seven seasons will live on. Your fans will probably always love you. Goodbye, Nashville.


Happy Dance Renewals

  • I'm so happy that The Orville (FOX) was renewed. I love Seth MacFarlane. I love this show because it reminds me so much of original Star Trek or TNG. 
  • I'm so happy that Shameless (Showtime) was renewed. I have not watched it yet but I am excited to one day binge the hell out of this show. A lot of people I know watch this show and are obsessed with it.
  • I'm so happy that Whose Line Is It Anyway? (CW) was renewed. I've watched this show since I was a child. It has its moments.
  • I'm so happy that The Good Place (NBC) was renewed. This show is quirky. It is different from most shows. It makes me happy to watch. I love Kristen Bell.

The New House: Before

We bought a house!!! It is perfect for what we need. We are essentially two households into one house. It's hard to find something is together but separate. We did it though! It's in a good area. It's in the school district I wanted for Jude. It's near delicious food and fun shops. It's seriously everything we wanted (well, Caleb wanted a sauna). We are in the process right now of cleaning and painting and changing a few things here and there. We are also remodeling the master bathroom upstairs. December 1st: Take a Look Back

Today is the beginning of December. There are only 24 days until Christmas and there are only 30 days until the end of 2017. Today, let's not focus on the end just yet. Let's focus on the beginning.  At the beginning of 2017, I'm sure you probably thought about all the things you needed or wanted to accomplish this year. Some people want to lose weight. Some people want to travel. Some people just want to be financially stable. There are many things that people want to have happen, but mostly the one thing every seems to want is: change.  Change is to make or become different. You should always accept change and be flexible to change. There is controlled change. There is small change. There is life-changing change.
