December 25th: Grateful

It's Christmas! It's Christmas! It's Christmas! Less than a week until 2018, but who cares because it's Christmas! It's Christmas! It's Christmas!

You're possibly going to get presents today. You may get a lot. You may get a little. You may get that 60" television you've been wanting. Or you may get something that you may need or already have. Regardless, someone took time out of their life to think of you. They thought you deserved something. It's important to remain grateful and humble during this day. It is easy to get lost in the greed of the season. Let's take today to revisit some manners.

Today's challenge: Say thank you. Don't forget to tell everyone who got you a present today those two simple words. Thank you! Thank you for reading this blog. Thank you for buying me a present. Thank you for spending time with me today. Thank you for being you. Don't forget to say thank you!

Today's task: Make a list. You can either post it on Facebook or just make a handwritten list that no one else can see. I want you to specifically make a list of what and who you are grateful for. I want you to take a minute to ground yourself and be grateful for the things you have today. You are alive. You are loved.
